| Abstract: | Five cases of retinal detachment with macular hole show the effectiveness of the treatment: Vitrectomy + exchange Fluid-gas. Red krypton laser applied around macular hole is not necessary. Treatment vitrectomy-exchange Fluid gas must be performed rather than Aspiration-gas in a first attempt. |
