慢肝康治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床观察

目的　观察慢肝康治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法　 76例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分成2组 ,治疗组 44例应用慢肝康结合常规保肝药物进行治疗 ,对照组 32例应用灭澳灵片、维生素类结合常规保肝药物进行治疗。治疗前后观察 2组症状、体征 ,检测 2组丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、白蛋白 球蛋白比值 (A G)、总胆红素 (SB)、乙型肝炎表面抗原 (HBsAg)、乙型肝炎e抗原 (HBeAg)以及乙型肝炎病毒 -脱氧核糖核酸 (HBV DNA ,用PCR法测定 )。结果　治疗组患者的临床症状显著改善 ,ALT、AST、SB降低 ,白蛋白 (Alb)升高 ,与对照组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1) ;HBsAg、HBeAg的转阴率较对照组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　慢肝康能显著改善慢性乙型肝炎患者的临床症状以及肝功能 ,是治疗慢性乙型肝炎的有效方剂。

Clinical observation of Mangankang treating chronic hepatitis B

Objective To evaluate the effect of Mangankang on the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods 76 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. In treatment group patients (n=44) were treated by combination of Mangankang and routine liver protective drugs. In control group (n=32) patients were treated by combination of routine liver protective drugs and mieaoling and vitamin. The items of ALT, AST, A/G, TBil, HBeAg and HBV-DNA (PCR method) were assayed respectively pre- and post-treatment in both groups.Results The treatment group could improve the clinical symptoms of patients, decreases significantly serum ALT, AST, A/G, TBil and increases serum Alb, differentiation is very obvious (P<0.05 or P<0.01) comparing the control group. Conclusion Mangankang could improve the symptoms of patients with chronic hepatitis B and regulate the liver's metabolic function.
