脐带绕颈对分娩方式的影响

目的:探讨脐带绕颈在评估分娩方式中的价值。方法:对110例身体健康、无妊娠并发症脐带绕颈病例进行回顾性分析,并与102例无脐带绕颈者作比较。结果:脐带绕颈剖宫产及阴道助产率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。胎儿宫内窘迫,新生儿窒息率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:脐带绕颈影响分娩方式,胎心监护可早期发现胎儿缺氧。

The Relationship between Nuchal Cord and Delivery Pattern

Objective:To evaluate effect of nuchal cord on the delivery pattern.Methods: 110 cases of nuchal cord without prog-nant complication and other diseases were retrospectively analyzed and were contrasted with 102 cases of normal pregnanoy. Results: The rates of cesarean section and assisted vaginal delivery were higher significantly than those of control ( P < 0.05, . Symptomatic cases and no-symptoatic ones are dramatic difference in two groups( P < 0.05) .There was no statistical difference in the frequency of fetal distress and asphyxia of nuchal cord between the two groups ( P > 0 .05) . Conclusion: Nuchal cord increase the rates of cesarean section and assisted vaginal delivery. Fetal heart monitoring is essential to watching for evidence of fetal hypoxia.
