| 摘 要： | 17例尸检原发性心肌病,其中肥厚型3例,扩张型12例,限制型2例。4例电镜检查,6例按Lev法取材检查传导系统。作者认为肥厚型心肌病室间隔心肌纤维结构紊乱,对确诊本病有重要意义,6例心律紊乱病例的传导系统病变:左束枝前、后分支及未梢部均有不同程度器质性改变,这些改变是导致房宣传导阻滞及频发阿斯综合征、猝死的病理基础。

| Abstract: | 17 necropsy oases of primary oardiomyopathy are reported presenting as 3 types: hypertrophic 3; dilatatory 12; and restrictive 2. 4 cases were studied under the electron microscope. The conduction system in 6 oases were examined by Lev's method. Severe disorganization of ventricular septal myooardial cells was adopted as a, criterion for diagnosis of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Both the anterior and posterior fasiculi of the left bundle branch and the terminal tributaries of His' bundle showed various kinds of pathologic changes in 6 cases with severe cardiac arrhythmia. These lesions were the causes of A-V block, frequent episods of Adams-Stokes sydrome and sudden cardiac death. |
