从患者角度探讨老年牙周病松动牙治疗程序的选择

目的：从患者角度探讨更加合理的程序治疗老年牙周病松动牙，以期提高患者满意度和依从性，从而提高疗效。方法：选取2002年6月至2005年6月来我院就诊的附着丧失〉5mm的牙周病患者46例，随机分为2组（每组184颗患牙），一组按基础治疗-牙周手术-松牙固定方法顺序治疗，另一组按基础治疗-松牙联冠修复固定-牙周手术的顺序早期修复，比较2组患者2个月时咀嚼功能恢复情况、接受牙周手术情况及2年后咀嚼功能。结果：早期修复组患者咀嚼功能的恢复优于顺序治疗组，更容易接受牙周手术，2年后咀嚼功能仍优于顺序治疗组。结论：松动牙联冠固定修复先于牙周手术，对缓解症状，改善外观有积极作用，能够增强患者治疗信心，提高满意度，并间接提高疗效。

The selection of therapy order of periodontal disease related agomphiasis in the old people from patients-oriented

Objective:To approach the more proper order of therapy of periodontal disease agomphiasis of the old people from the patients' angle,and to improve the curative effect and raise the degree of satisfaction and compliance of the patients.Methods:We selected 46 patients from those who suffered from periodontal disease(attachment loss>5mm) and came to our hospital to seek medical treatment from June,2002 to June,2005.They were divided into two groups by random select(each group contains 184 teeth).One group were treated by following the order:initial therapy,surgical therapy and fixed restorative therapy,and the other group was treated by following the order:initial therapy,fixed restorative therapy and surgical therapy.Two months and 2 years after surgical therapy,the mastication function of two groups were compared,and the acceptance of surgical therapy 2 months after initial therapy were also compared.Results:The patients who receive fixed restorative therapy before the surgical therapy is more superior in the aspect of mastication function and the reception of surgical therapy.Conclusion:The patients who receive fixed restorative therapy before the surgical therapy will ease their case and improve their appearance positively,and it will make an active effect in raising the patients' confidence to therapy and their degree of satisfaction to speed up the curative effect.
