| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颈部淋巴结结核的临床特点、诊断依据。方法回顾性分析35例颈部淋巴结结核患者的临床资料。结果35例患者中男15例,女20例,男女之比为1∶1.33,平均年龄为25.6岁。以颈部肿块为主要表现,多数不伴有结核病的典型全身中毒症状。颈部淋巴结结核在临床上误诊率较高,抗结核治疗后治愈,随访1-3年,未见复发。结论颈部淋巴结结核临床表现不典型,有必要了解其临床特点和有效的诊断方法。手术活检可明确诊断,规则抗结核治疗可治愈。
