| 摘 要： | 为探讨6—APA—BSA的抗原特异性及过敏休克发生的机制,我们进一步对小白鼠过敏休克模型及异体动物PCA试验进行了观察。实验证明,6—APA—BSA致敏小鼠,尾静脉注射抗原攻击后,休克发生率与死亡率分别为100%,(20(?)20)与80%(16/20):异体动物PCA试验证明小鼠体内有抗6—APA抗体产生,并有种属特异性,即可在豚鼠出现阳性反应.抗血清滴度为1∶64～1∶128,而在大鼠则为阴性。结果表明6—APA—BSA属次要抗原决定簇,具有较高的抗原性,和青霉素过敏休克的发生有重要关系。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses forty-two cases of Gilles de la Tourette's Syndrome and introduces the standards of diagnosis, etiology, symptoms and therapy of the disease. The symptoms are a series of mechanical and repeated action with unknown aims and uncontrollable voice and abominable words indisposed voice and scold everybody. We use haloperidol to treat these patients. The efficiency amounts to over ninety percent. The side effects of haloperidol can be prevented by artane. Tiapridal was used for three cases. The result was good,and.no side effects had been founded. |
