原发性胃肠恶性淋巴瘤49例病理临床分析

目的：探讨原发性胃肠恶性淋巴瘤（PGML）漏诊和误诊的原因和对策，旨在提高对该类疾病诊断的正确率。方法：回顾性分析49例原发性胃肠恶性淋巴瘤患临床病理资料。结果：49例病变患镜下分类均为B细胞起源的恶性淋巴瘤。结论：原发性恶性淋巴瘤因起病隐蔽，易和胃肠其他恶性肿瘤混淆，诊断时需要从胃镜取材、X线诊断、病理分析等方面给予重视。

Clinical Pathological Analysis of 49 Cases with Primal Gastric Intestine Malingant Lymphoma

Objective:To study the cause of erroneous diagnosis of primary gastrointestial malignat lymphoma(PGML),in order to improve the the correct rate of diagonsis.Methods:In the past years the clinical pathological data of the 49 patients with PGML were retrospectively analysed.Result: Among 49 cases,male 31,female 18,median age was 48 years,gastric group 17 cases,intestial group 32 cases.The cases of tumor originated from antrum were 6,those of corpus were 6,all of the 47 cases suffered from B cell lymphoma.Conculsion:The symptoms were not characeristic,easyly confused with gastric instesine malignant tumor.We should attach importance to X radial diagnosis,Gastric biospy,pathological analysis.;
