29例原发性痛风误诊分析

目的 通过对痛风误诊疾病的分析，提高对痛风的诊断率。方法 分析29例痛风误诊疾病的临床表现及其误诊原因。结果 误诊为类风湿性关节炎17例，占58．62％，误诊为风湿性关节炎6例，占20．69％，其余为肾炎、肾功能不全、蜂窝组织炎等。结论 在临床工作中应注意对痛风的鉴别诊断，详细询问病史，认真全面体查，必要时查血尿酸及拍受累关节的X线片是防止误诊的关键。

The Analysis of 29 Misdiagnosis of Primary Gout

Objective To improve the accurate rate of gout diagnosis by the analysis of misdiagnosis of primary gout. Method Analyze the clinic performance and misdiagnosis reasons of the 29 misdiagnosis of primary gout. Results In the 29 cases, there are 17 cases in which the primary gout is misdiagnosed to be rheumatoid arthritis, taking up 58. 62%. And there are 6 cases misdiagnosing to be rheumatic arthritis, taking up 20, 69 %. Other cases are misdiagnosed to be nephritis, renal insufficiency, eellulites and erysipelas. Conclusion The distinguish of primary gout should be paid more attention in clinic. The key to prevent misdiagnosis is to enquire medical record in details, do careful physicals, and check the Uric Acid and the involved joints on Xray radiographs when needed.
