| 摘 要： | 目的总结成人肠套叠的诊断与治疗经验。方法本组46例,1例经气钡灌肠复位。45例手术治疗,其中小肠部分切除吻合18例,回盲部切除3例,右半结肠切除16例,肠粘连松解4例,复位后盲肠固定术4例。结果44例术后恢复良好,1例灌肠复位治愈,1例因回盲部术后坏死,感染性休克死亡。结论成人肠套叠以手术治疗为宜,一旦确诊应早期手术治疗,依据不同疾病类型采用相应手术方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experiences of diagnosis and treatment of adult intussusception.Methods There were 46 cases in this group with 45 cases operation and 1 case with barium enema reduction.There were partial resection and anastomosis of small intestine in 18 cases,ileocecal junction resection in 3 cases,right semi-colon resection in 16 cases, adhesion solution in 4 cases and reduction enteropexy in 4 cases.Results There were 44 cases excellent and 1 case enema recovery.One case died of infection shock due to ileocecal junction necrosis.Conclusion The adult intussusception should be operated mainly with varied operative methods according to the situation when the diagnosis obtained. |
