加味黄精四草汤治疗高血压病35例

目的观察加味黄精四草汤治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压病35例，临床疗效。方挫将符合选择标准的住院患者随机分为治疗组35例，口服加味黄精四草汤；对照组35例，口服吲达帕胺。观察治疗前后中医证候疗效、血压、血脂的变化情况。结果两组患者治疗后中医证候疗效、血压、血脂变化，中医证候综合疗效总有效率治疗组97、13％，对照组51、43％，有极显著性差异（P〈0．01）。血压下降治疗组总有效率82．86％，对照组80．00％，无明显差异（P〉0、05）。血脂治疗两组间有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论加味黄精四草汤对阴虚阳亢型高血压病具有治疗作用，在改善临床症状优于西药。

Modified Huang Jing Si Cao Decoction: Treatment of 35 cases of Hypertension

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of modified huang jing si caoW decoction in the treatment of asthenic yin causing predominant yang hypertension 35 cases. Methods: The inpatients who matched the selective standard were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group 35 cases, taking modified huang jing si cao decoction orally. The control group 35 cases, taking indapamide orally. The changes of syndrome effect of traditional Chinese medicine, blood pressure and blood fat before and after treatment were observed. Results: The total effective rate of TCM syndrome effect was 97.13% in experimental group, and 51.43% in control group. The difference was significant. (P<0.01) The blood pressure lowering rate was 82.86% in experimental group, 80.00% in control group, with no significant difference (P>0.05). The changes of blood fat of the two groups is great (P<0.05) Conclusion: modified huang jing si cao decoction is effective in the treatment of asthenic yin causing predominant yang hypertension, and excels western medicine in the improvement of clinical symptoms.
