多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合二甲双胍治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效观察

目的探讨多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合二甲双胍治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法将80例非酒精性脂肪肝患者按随机数字表法分为2组：治疗组42例和对照组38例。治疗组采用多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合二甲双胍治疗,对照组单用多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后肝功能指标丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）、天冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）]、血脂指标三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）]的变化及治疗后临床疗效等情况。2组治疗期间均不用其他保肝降酶和降血脂类药物。结果治疗组肝功能、血脂各指标显著下降,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为85.7%、73.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合二甲双胍治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效显著。

Curative Effects of Polyene Phosphatidyl Choline in Combination with Metformin on Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Objective To explore the clinical effects of polyene phosphatidyl choline in combination with metformin on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD）.Methods Eighty patients with NAFLD were randomly divided into 2 groups to the mumber table method：treatment group（n=42） and control group（n=38）.The patients in control group only received polyene phosphatidyl choline,but the patients in treatment group were treated with polyene phosphatidyl choline in combination with metformin.The levels of alanine transaminase（ALT）,aspartate aminotrasferase（AST）,triglyceride（TG） and total cholesterol（TC） were determined before treatment and after treatment and clinical curative effect in after treatment.Any other liver function-protecting and lipid-lowering drugs were excluded during the treatment period.Results Compared with the control,liver function,blood lipid profiles were significantly improved in treatment group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in treatment group（85.7%） was higher than that in control group（73.7%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Polyene phosphatidyl choline combined with metformin has remarkable curative effects on NAFLD.
