| 摘 要： | 目的制备复脉灵胶囊并对其主要成分麻黄进行质量控制。方法对方中丹参进行薄层色谱鉴别,对麻黄中的麻黄碱进行提取分离,在257nm和286nm处含量测定。结果复脉灵胶囊中的麻黄碱的含量为0.33%。在0.5-3.0mg/ml范围内是良好的线性关系,回收率为101.5%.,RSD=2.65。结论本方法操作简便,结果准确,质量可控等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To prepare the Fumailing capsule and to control the quality of essential components. Methods The content of Danshen in the capsule was determined by TLC-Scanning and to separated ephedrine from ephedra .The content of ephedrine was determined at 257nm and 286nm by UV Spectrophotometry.Results the content of ephedrine was 0.33%, the linear relation was good at 0.5-3.0mg/ml, the recovery of the method was 101.5%, RSD=2.65.Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, can be used for quality control of this preparation. |
