| 中药保留灌肠配合川芎嗪静滴治疗慢性肾功能不全氮质血症期117例 |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨以大黄为主的中药保留灌肠配合川芎嗪静滴治疗慢性肾功能不全的确切疗效。方法对117例临床确诊为慢性肾功能不全的患者,在内科保守治疗的基础上加用中药保留灌肠配合川芎嗪静滴治疗慢性肾功能不全3个疗程,通过观察治疗前后肾功能的变化评价疗效。结果3个疗程结束后,氮质血症及尿毒症早期患者的血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),胃肠道症状明显改善。结论中药保留灌肠配合川芎嗪静滴治疗慢性肾功能不全氮质血症期疗效肯定。

Clinical Observation on 117 Cases of Chronic Renal Insufficiency with Azotemia Treated by Coloclysis of Chinese Drugs and Venous Insgllation of Chuamdongzine |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore into the therapeutic effect of coloclysis of Chinese drugs combined with venous instillation of chuanxiongzine.METHOD 117 patients with chronic renal insufficiency were treated with coloclysis of Chinese drugs combined with venous instillation of chuanxiongzine for three months.RESULT After three months of treatment,BUN and Scr of the patients were reduced markedly(P<0.05) and gastrointestinal symptoms were markedly relieved.CONCLUSION Coloclysis of Chinese drugs combined with venous instillation of chuanxiongzine is definitely effective for chronic renal insufficiency with azotemia. |
