应客观评价腹腔镜在盆底重建手术中的应用

女性盆底疾病主要包括压力性尿失禁和盆腔脏器脱垂,手术是其主要的治疗方法。腹腔镜在盆底重建手术中的应用越来越广泛,目前常用的有腹腔镜下膀胱颈悬吊术(Burch),阴道旁侧修补术,骶前阴道固定术,子宫骶骨韧带缩短固定术和腹腔镜下骶棘韧带悬吊术。与经阴道和开腹手术相比,腹腔镜手术有一定优势,但也有一定的局限性,应客观评价。
