降低手术室感染的主要措施及效果

目的探讨山东铝业公司医院如何强化手术室管理，预防和控制感染，提高手术室的管理工作质量。方法对该院手术室管理过程中可能造成感染的环节进行全面分析，找出存在的问题和原因，探讨改善和提高控制手术室感染的方法和措施。结果该院手术室2003年进入新病房楼，改善布局、严格执行消毒隔离制度，定期检测消毒合格情况等，形成了完整的控制手术室感染的管理办法。此间，对规定检测项目进行1次细菌培养，结果均在合格范围以内，自强化管理措施实施以来，外科无一例感染病例发生。结论强化手术室感染控制体系，对提高手术室管理质量、控制感染具有重要的作用。
