| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨反流性食管炎Barrett食管、食管癌相关性的新进展。方法：阅读、研究国内外有关文献并进行综述。结果：胃食管反流增加了对食道黏膜的损伤，增加了食道癌的危险。抗HP治疗可以降低反流性食管炎的发病率，同时HP也可能保护黏膜使胃食管不患胃食管反流病(GERD)、Barrett食管和食管癌。结论：GERD增加食管癌的危险，抗HP治疗与GERD及食管癌的关系尚无定论。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the new progress of c or relation among reflux esophagitis,Barrett esophagus and esophageal carcinoma. Methods:Reading related literatures home and abroad and summarizing them.Results:Gastroesophageal reflux aggravated mucosal defect of esophagus and increased the risk of esophageal carcinoma.Anti-helicobacter p ylori (Hp) treatment could decrease the incidence of reflux esophagitis,and prot ect the gastroesophageal mucosa from gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD),Bar rette seophagus and esophageal carcinoma.Conclusion:GERD incr eas es the risk of esophageal carcinoma.The relationship between anti-Hp treatment a nd GERD or esophageal carcinoma is not confirmed. |
