| 摘 要： | 慢性肾衰竭临床表现复杂多变,寒热错杂,正虚邪实,其病机与厥阴病阴阳寒热虚实错杂、主血主风的病机特点相应,提出从六经之厥阴辨治慢性肾衰竭,临证辨治时注重分析血分证和风证的特点,采用"和血法"、"和风法"之和厥阴法治疗慢性肾衰竭,为慢性肾衰竭的辨治提供新的思路。

| Abstract: | The article discussed the correlation of pathogenesis of chronic renal failure with jueyin disease of the six meridians syndrome differentiation.From the xuefen syndrome and wind syndrome cut-in,the article proposed the mediating-jueyin method was the exact application clew and method in clinic. |
