口服鼻渊舒口服液在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻内窥镜术围手术期的临床疗效及安全性评价

目的:通过评价口服鼻渊舒口服液在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CRS)鼻内窥镜术围手术期的临床疗效及安全性,为该药的临床使用和研究提供一定的参考依据。方法:根据系统评价研究相关要求,检索相关文献,并对其进行质量评价和统计分析。结果:最终纳入10篇文献2篇研究、1个meta分析显示试验组总有效率高于对照组;5篇研究显示试验组和对照组之间总有效率无差异;3篇研究、1个meta分析显示试验组治愈率高于对照组;4篇研究显示试验组和对照组之间,治愈率无差异;1个meta分析表明试验组头痛、鼻塞、嗅觉减退症状消失率高于对照组;所有研究均表明试验组流脓涕症状消失率高于对照组;1个meta分析显示慢性咳嗽症状消失率两组之间无差异。结论:目前研究数据支持CRS术后在使用喹诺酮类抗生素、辅舒良喷鼻剂、复方薄荷油的基础上加用口服鼻渊舒口服液可提高综合疗效,对缓解头痛、鼻塞、脓鼻涕、嗅觉减退症状有一定的优势。但尚需大样本、高质量的RCT研究。

A systematic review:clinical effectual and safety evaluation of perioperative application of Biyuanshu Oral Liquid to CRS

Objective:To assess the efficacy and safety of Biyuanshu Oral Liquid in the perioperative period of chronic rhinosinusitis and to provide certain reference for the use and the research of the Biyuanshu Oral Liquid.Methods:We evaluated the quality of those trials collected and analyzed the statistical results data.Results:2 trails and 1 meta analysis showed the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group and 5 trails showed no significant difference.3 trails and 1 meta analysis showed the cure rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group and 4 trails showed no significant difference.1 meta analysis showed the relief rate of the headache,nasal obstruction,hyposmia of the treatment group was higher than the control group.All trails showed the relief rate of pus snot of the treatment group was higher than the control group and no significant difference between treatment group and control group in the relief rate of chronic cough.Conclusion:Current research data supported that to chronic sinusitis,after FESS,based on useing quinolone antibacterial,Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray,Comoound Menthol Glycerid,oral Biyuanshu Oral Liquid would raise the cure rate and total effective rate and be benefit to relieve headache,nasal congestion,pus snot and hyposmia.It still need large sample,high quality RCT to support this conclusion because of the small sample sizes,the existence of bias.
