| 摘 要： | 2006年,Takahashi和Yamanaka将Oct4、Sox2、c-Mvc和Klf4四个转录因子导入小鼠皮肤成纤维细胞.成功获得类似于胚胎干细胞(embryonic stem cells,ES细胞)的多能干细胞,命名为"诱导多能干细胞(induced pluripotent stem cells,iPS细胞)[1].
