| 摘 要： | 目的：了解肾综合征出血热患(HFRS)血清中是否存在HFRS病毒中和抗体和中和抗体滴度的高低。方法：用近几年患病愈后血清中的HFRS病毒，以固定病毒量、稀释血清抗体方法，用小白鼠乳鼠中和实验，测定血清中和抗体对病毒的中和效价。结果：HFRS病后和隐性感染人群血清中和抗体滴度(GMT)均较高，其中，家鼠型GMT为422．7、野鼠型GMT为302．6、隐性感染GMT也达157．1。结论：中和抗体在血清中存留稳固而持久，是HFRS病后抗体免疫力的标志。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the titre of neutralizing antibody against hemorrhagic fever virus in the sera of patients with renal syndrome Methods Neutral antibodies against hemorrhagic fever virus were obtained from cured patients with hemorrhagic fever renal syndrome (HFRS) in recent years, and neutral tests were carried out in young white mice by means of fixed amount of virus and diluted serum antibodies, then the neutralizing titres of the antibodies against virus were determined Results Antibody geometrical mean titres (GMT) in the sera of cured HFRS patients and latent infections were all high, the GMT was 422 7 in sera of domestic type of rats, 302 6 in sera of wild type of rats and 157 1 in latent infections Conclusion The existence and stability of neutralizing antibody in the sera of HFRS patients is the symbol of immunity in the cured HFRS patients |
