严重急性呼吸综合征的胸部CR检查与病变分析

目的 分析严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)在胸部CR上的影像特点。方法 对经临床确诊的8例SARS的胸部CR影像与相应临床材料进行分析。结果 多数肺部病变出现早于呼吸道疾病临床症状；肺部病变的变化与临床的关系无明显规律；肺部病变多位于肺的周边；病变影像的密度和形态具有三种不同的类型。结论 SARS肺病变前期治疗中变化快；肺的周边部或近胸膜面的病灶分布可作为其重要影像特征；X线CR系统更适用于SARS病人检查及诊断。

Chest CR Examination in Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome

Objective To analyze the image characteristics in chest CR of severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS).Methods Eight cases of SARS which confirmed by clinical diagnosis were observed and analyzed.Results The clinical symptoms usually were preceded by the lung lesions in the films.There was no relationship between the clinical conditions and imaging appearances.Usually the lung lesions were located laterally of the lung; The imaging of lung lesions were classified into three types in density and shape.Conclusion In initial stages of medical treatment,the transformation of lung injures was quick.A peripheral/pleural-based opacity may be the important characteristics of SARS.X-ray CR system was a suitable modality for examination the patients with SARS.
