| 摘 要： | 目的了解江西省学生视力状况，为制订更有效学生防近视策略和措施提供依据。方法按分层整群随机抽样方法对江西省20所学校3个学习阶段的在校生共8183人进行裸眼视力检测并统计分析。结果不同学习阶段间比较，以中学生的视力低下检出率最高（61．43％），小学生检出率最低（26．15％），小学、中学与大学视力低下率（50．67％）比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）；女生视力不良率高于男生，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论及早、科学的预防是防治近视工作的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the prevalence of poor eyesight in students in Jiangxi province,and to provide a basis for developing more effective strategies and measures to prevent poor eyesight. Methods Using stratified cluster random sampling,uncorrected visual acuity was examined for statistical significance in （61.43%vs50.67%% ,P〈0.05） and markedly decreased in primary school students（26.15% vs 50.67% ,P〈0.01 ）. Moreover,the rate of poor eyesight in girls was significantly higher than that in boys （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Early and scientific prevention is the key to improve student eyesight. |
