载银羟基磷灰石敷料抗菌性能和对皮肤创面愈合作用的实验研究

摘    要:[目的]评价载银羟基磷灰石(Ag-HAP)敷料的抗菌性和安全性;考察Ag-HAP敷料对金葡菌和大肠杆菌的抗菌性能,以及该敷料对家兔皮肤创伤愈合的作用.[方法]利用平板扩散法对Ag-HAP敷料进行抗菌性能测试;以家兔背部皮肤全层切除伤为模型,在皮肤创面覆盖敷料,观察创面愈合情况.[结果]抗菌实验结果显示,Ag-HAP敷料无论在高温灭菌前还是高温灭菌后,都具有优良的抗菌效果.安全性实验结果表明,实验组创面愈合情况明显好于对照组.实验结果提示,Ag-HAP抗菌敷料具有促伤口愈合作用.[结论]Ag-HAP抗菌敷料是一种抗菌性能优良、安全性高,且能加快伤口愈合的抗菌敷料.

Abstract:【Objective】To evaluate the antimicrobial effect on S.aureus and E.coli,and safety of hydroxyapatite-silver(Ag-HAP) dressings on rabbit skin wound healing.【Methods】To test the bacterial properties of Ag-HAP dressing by plate diffusion method.Rabbit back skin was cut as a wound model of full-thickness excision.The wounds were covered with different dressings.The wound healing was observed.【Results】The antibacterial experiments show that Ag-HAP dressing has excellent antibacterial effect before sterilization,same as after sterilization.Wound healing in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.In addition,results also suggest that antimicrobial dressings with Ag-HAP have promote wound healing.【Conclusion】Ag-HAP antimicrobial dressing is a safe antibacterial dressing and can promote wound healing.
