糖尿病患者发生低血糖原因分析及护理干预

目的 探讨糖尿病低血糖发生原因，预防低血糖发生。方法 将94例糖尿病患者按年龄段、有无并发症分组，以10d为观察周期，用血糖仪常规测定患者餐前后、睡前及凌晨0点、3点手指血糖，结合临床症状判定有无低血糖。结果 有并发症者低血糖发生率42．42％（28／66），明显高于无并发症者7．14％（2／28）；13～49岁年龄段低血糖发生率5．6％（1／18），明显低于其他3个年龄段组38．15％（29／76）。结论 根据糖尿病低血糖发生原因，制定合理的护理策略。

An analysis of the causes of diabetics hypoglycemia and its nursing interference

Objective To examine the causes of diabetic hypoglycemia and explore the ways in which its occurrence can be prevented in nursing.Method Dividing the 94 diabetics into 4 groups according to their ages and whether they have or have not the syndrome and observe them in a 10-day cycle,then measuring the blood sugar of the patients' fingers with blood sugar measurer before and after meals,before bedtime,at midnight and 3 o'clock in the morning to see whether they were subject to hypoglycemia in combination with their clinical symptoms.Results The occurrence rate of hypoglycemia of the patients with the syndrome was 42.42%(28/66),which was remarkably higher than that for those without the syndrome(7.14%,2/28).The occurrence rate of hypoglycemia within the age group of 13-49 was 5.6%(1/18),which was noticeably lower than that for the other 3 age groups(38.15%,29/76).Conclusion Reasonable nursing strategies should be designed in accordance with the different causes of diabetic hypoglycemia.
