| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨医患效应在针刺临床中的作用。方法：从针刺过程中的治神与守神，针刺腧穴经络效应，针刺得气诸方面揭示医者与患者间的作用。结果：医患效应在针刺过程诸方面均有体现，且直接影响针刺效果。结论：医患效应发挥的程度是针刺临床取得疗效的重要标志。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the role of the effects of the doctor and patient in acupuncture treatment. Methods To explore the actions of the doctor and patient in acupuncture treatment from the aspects of treating spirit, keeping spirit, acupuncture effects of acupoints and channels, and qi-arrival of needling. Results Effects of the doctor and patient manifested in all the aspects in acupuncture process and influenced directly effects of acupuncture. Conclusion The extent to which the effect of the doctor and patient exerts is an important mark for the therapeutic effect in clinical acupuncture treatment. |
