急性脑出血患者应激性高血糖与其病灶及预后的关系

目的:探讨脑出血急性期应激性高血糖与其病灶及预后的关系.方法:检测发病72 h内急性脑出血患者入院次日晨空腹血糖(FBG).FBG升高者为高血糖组,FBG正常者为正常血糖组,每组各40例.根据头颅CT记录80例患者的病变部位、大小,并行2组患者入院时、发病7 d、28 d神经功能缺损评分值及发病3个月Barthel指数(BI)比较.结果:高血糖组血糖升高水平与病灶的大小、部位有关;病程中,高血糖组神经功能缺损评分值、BI值与正常血糖组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:脑出血急性期应激性血糖值在不同病灶部位、大小间差异显著,且与患者的预后关系密切.

Relationship between irritable hyperglycemia and nidus, prognosis of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage

Aim: To study the relationship between irritable hyperglycemia and nidus, prognosis of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: The fasting blood glucose (FBG) of 80 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage within 72 hours was determined. The patients were allocated into high FBG group and normal FBG group, 40 patients in each group. The nidus position and nidus size of the patients were recorded according to CT. European Stroke Scale(ESS) and Barthel index(BI) were evaluated at different times. Results: In high FBG group, the increase of blood glucose was associated with the position and size of the nidus. There were significant differences in ESS scores and BI between the 2 groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The level of blood glucose is different with different nidus position and nidus size, which is closely related with the prognosis of the patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.
