| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨口腔颌面部肉瘤(OMFS)组织中hTERT mRNA和C-myc蛋白的表达.方法:应用原位杂交和免疫组织化学SP法检测37例OMFS、14例良性间叶组织肿瘤及3例口腔正常肌肉或脂肪组织中hTERT mRNA和C-myc蛋白的表达.结果:OMFS组织中hTERT mRNA和C-myc的阳性表达率均高于良性肿瘤和正常组织,低度恶性OMFS组织中2者的阳性表达率低于高度恶性组织(P＜0.05).OMFS中hTERT mRNA和C-myc的表达呈正相关关系(r=0.417,P＜0.05). 结论:C-myc的过表达使hTERT基因得以激活,可能与OMFS的恶性演进有关.

| Abstract: | Aim: To explore the expression of hTERT mRNA and C-myc in oromaxillofacial sarcoma (OMFS) tissue.Methods: The expression of hTERT mRNA and C-myc in 37 OMFS, 14 benign mesenchymal tumors and 3 normal tissue from oral and maxillofacial region, were determined by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry, respectively. Results: The positive rate of hTERT mRNA and C-myc in OMFS were significantly higher than those of benign tumor and normal tissue (P<0.05), and tended to increase with pathological grades. There was a close correlation between the expression of hTERT mRNA and C-myc protein (r=0.417,P<0.05) in OMFS tissue.Conclusion: C-myc could activate hTERT gene, which was closely associated with the tumorigenesis and development of OMFS. |
