河南汉族胃癌患者IL-1B和IL-1RN基因多态性分布特征

目的:研究河南汉族胃癌患者白细胞介素(IL)-1B和IL-1RN基因多态性的分布特点.方法:以PCR-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)分析法对河南汉族65例胃癌患者和130例非胃癌患者的IL-1B-31、IL-1B-511及IL-1RN基因位点的多态性进行分析.结果:胃癌患者IL-1B-31 C/C和IL-1B-511 T/T位点基因型频率高于对照人群(OR分别为6.6(95%CI=1.2～3.5)和3.3(95%CI=1.1～10.1));但IL-1RN各基因型频率2组间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:IL-1B-31 C/C和IL-1B-511位点T/T基因多态性可能与河南地区胃癌的发生有关.

Relationship between genetic polymorphisms of IL-1B, IL-1RN and gastric cancer in Henan Han population

Aim: To study the distributions of the frequencies of interleukin-1B(IL-1) and IL-1RN gene polymorphism in Han population in Henan Province. Methods:The genetic DNA was extracted from the peripheral blood of 130 individuals and 65 gastric cancer patients in Henan Province.IL-1B and IL-1RN gene polymorphism were analyzed using PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism.Results: Compared with those of the control, the frequencies of IL-1B-511 T/T genotype and IL-1B-31 C/C genotype in patients with gastric cancer were significantly higher(OR was 3.3(95%CI=1.2~3.5) and 6.6(95%CI =1.2~3.5), respectively),While all kinds of IL-1RN genotype frequencies of patients with gastric cancer didn't differ from those of the control (P>0.05).Conclusion: IL-1B-31 C/C and IL-1B-511 T/T gene polymorphism may be risk factors of gastric cancer in this area.
