| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者血浆溶血磷脂酸(LPA)水平及其潜在的临床应用价值.方法:采用生化法对70例卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者(恶性50例、良性20例)、20例正常妇女进行血浆LPA水平检测,同时测定血浆肿瘤相关抗原CA125水平.结果:正常妇女和良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者血浆LPA分别为(1.81±0.45) μmol/L、(2.23±0.37) μmol/L,恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者血浆LPA水平高于正常妇女和良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者(P＜0.05).血浆LPA水平对恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤诊断的敏感性(96.0%)和特异性(87.5%)优于肿瘤相关抗原CA125.结论:恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者血浆LPA水平明显升高,LPA有望成为卵巢上皮性肿瘤诊断的敏感指标.

| Abstract: | Aim: To study the serum levels of lysophosphatidic acid(LPA) in patients with epithelial ovarian tumor and its potential clinical value.Methods:70 patients with epithelial ovarian tumor (50 malignant cases, 20 benign cases), 20 normal women were subjected to detect the serum levels of LPA and CA125. Results: Levels of serum LPA in patients with malignant cases were higher significantly than those of normal women and benign cases(P<0.05). The sensitivity (96.0%) and the specificity (87.5%) of LPA in epithelial ovarian cancer diagnosis were superior to CA125 (P<0.05). Conclusion: Serum levels of LPA in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were high significantly. LPA may be a potential biomarker for diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer. |
