颈部淋巴结窦腔结构观察

摘    要:目的:了解颈部淋巴结窦腔结构.方法:以胎儿颈部淋巴结为研究对象,采用淋巴结窦腔显色观察,淋巴结及淋巴结窦腔铸型体扫描电镜观察,确定淋巴结窦腔结构特点.结果:被膜下窦包绕整个淋巴结,为淋巴结接受淋巴液的主要部位,其次为小梁周窦和髓窦;淋巴结各个窦腔通过窦腔间隔小孔相互通连;窦腔内衬上皮为网状内皮细胞,可见较多的网状突起伸向窦腔.结论:淋巴结的窦腔结构是重要的淋巴通道.各相邻窦腔相互连通,构成一网状通路结构.

Abstract:Aim: To investigate the sinal structure of lymph node of neck.Methods: Lymph nodes of neck in fetus were used as research objects. Lymph nodes dyeing, scanning electron microscopy on lymph nodes and cast of nodal sinus were employed to research the features of sinal structure. Results: Subcapsular sinus surrounded the entire node, and they were the main location to receive lymph fluid, next were medullary sinuses and trabecular sinuses. The sinuses intercommunicated with each other through the holes in the septal walls. The wall of sinuses was covered by reticuloendothelial cells. Some reticuloendothelial cells extended into sinuses. Conclusion: Lymph nodal sinuses are important lymph pathway. The sinuses communicate with each other to form a network pathway.
