| 摘 要： | 目的:检测喉鳞癌组织中细胞周期素D1(cyclinD1)的表达.方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测31例喉鳞癌组织(TNM分期:Ⅰ期2例,Ⅱ期10例,Ⅲ期15例,Ⅳ期4例.伴颈淋巴结转移13例,无转移18例.高分化16例,中分化7例,低分化8例)、17例癌旁正常黏膜组织中cyclinD1的表达.结果:喉鳞癌组织中cyclinD1蛋白阳性表达率为54.8%(17/31),高于正常喉黏膜组织(5.9%(1/17))(P＜0.05).喉鳞癌组织中cyclinD1蛋白阳性表达与淋巴结转移和临床病理分期有关(P均＜0.05),与患者年龄、性别及分化程度无关(P均＞0.05).结论:cyclinD1的异常表达与喉鳞癌的发生、发展密切相关,可能是影响喉鳞癌预后的重要分子学指标.

| Abstract: | Aim: To investigate the expression of cyclinD1 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) tissue.Methods:The expression of cyclinD1 in 31 cases of LSCC and 17 cases of adjacent normal laryngeal mucosa was detected using immunohistochemical SP method. Results: The positive rates of cyclinD1 expression in LSCC (54.8%,17/31)was remarkably higher than that of normal mucosa tissue(5.9%,1/17) (P<0.05). The positive rate of cyclinD1 in LSCC was correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical pathological stages (P<0.05), but not correlated with age, sex, or degree of differentiation(P>0.05). Conclusion: The abnormal expression of cyclinD1 correlates with the occurrence and development of LSCC. cyclinD1 may be an important prognostic indicator of LSCC. |
