全自动血细胞分析仪标本制备要求

目的 探讨血细胞分析仪标本制备的要求。方法 根据本文作者几年的实践经验参考有关资料加以总结、归纳。结果 全自动血细胞分析仪标本制备时应注意抗凝剂、采血部位、容器、采血顺利与否、标本混匀和放置时间等几个方面。结论 标体制备时以采用EDTA—K2作抗凝剂为佳,浓度1.5±0.25mg/ml,取10ul或20ul抗凝1ml或2ml血液;采取静脉血放置塑料试管(抗凝管)中,充分混匀,及时检测;采血应顺利并保持良好的采血习惯。

The requests of the samples preparation by automatic hemotologic analyzer.

Objective To study the requests of the samples preparation by automatic hemotologic analyaer. Mtherds According to the author's several year's practical experience and refer to the concerned information to summarize. Rusults when we preduce the samples to automatic hemotologic analyzer,we should pay attention to anticoagulants, blood collection's position, container, if collccting blood smoothly or not,blending sample even and setting' time, and so on. Conclusion It had better adopt EDTA- K2 for anticoagulants to samples'preparation,making up consistency with 1. 5±0. 25mg/ml,taking 10ul 20ul to anticoaglute 1ml or 2ml blood. Then collect vein blood into plastic test tube,mix fully,test in time. Blood cellcetion should be successfully and maintain the good habit.
