| 摘 要： | 正常月经周期中子宫内膜存在着周期性、自发性的细胞凋亡。子宫内膜异位症患者的在位及异位内膜组织和正常子宫内膜相比。存在着凋亡相关因子的改变。众多研究证实，子宫内膜异位症患者在位及异位内膜组织凋亡促进基因fas／fasl表达减低，凋亡抑制基因bcl-2，survivin的表达增强。临床上许多治疗子宫内膜异位症的药物通过调节细胞凋亡达到治疗子宫内膜异位症的目的。就凋亡在正常子宫内膜的生理功能、在子宫内膜异位症在位及异位内膜调节改变中的作用、凋亡与子宫内膜异位症患者治疗的关系等综述。
