大骨节病5例报告并文献复习

目的 了解大骨节病的研究成果及进展;从发病机制、家族聚集性特点、临床表现、影像学检查、诊断与鉴别诊断、防治等方面对大骨节病进行总结,提高对本病的认识.方法 报告5例大骨节病的临床表现、流行病学背景及X线特点,并复习文献.结果 大骨节病的发病机制与环境密切相关,并具有家庭聚集性特点.诊断主要依靠病区接触史、临床表现以及X线检查,并应与骨关节炎、类风湿关节炎等疾病相鉴别.我国对本病的预防已取得可喜成绩,但药物治疗仍在继续探索之中.结论 国内外学者在大骨节病的研究方面已取得很多成果,但仍有很多未知领域,需要继续深入研究.

Kashin-Beck disease:five cases report and review of the related literature

Objective To improve the understanding of advances of Kashin-Beck disease;the pathogenesis,family aggregation,clinical manifestations,radiological examinations,diagnosis,differential diagnosis,prevention and cure of KBD were reviewed.Methods Five patients with KBD were reported and the related literatures were reviewed.Results The pathogenesis of Kashin-Beck disease was closely associated with the environmental factors,it had family aggregation tendency.The diagnosis depended on the contact history,clinical manifestations and X-ray features.KBD should be differentiate from other diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis,osteoarthritis etc.We have got great achievement on its study.Although we had known more about this disease,medication for it was under investigation.Conclusions The study of KBD has been advanced internationally,but a lot of questions still remain.So further study is needed.
