2型糖尿病首次接受胰岛素治疗的心理状况调查

目的 了解首次接受胰岛素治疗的2型糖尿病病人的心理状况,为临床心理护理提供参考依据.方法 对145名首次接受胰岛素治疗的2型糖尿病病人用焦虑自评量袁(SAS)进行调查,并用SPSS11.30统计软件包进行统计分析.结果 2型糖尿病病人焦虑总分与国内正常常模比较,差异有统计学意义(p＜0.01),不同性别、不同文化程度、不同付费方式间2型糖尿病病人的焦虑得分差别有统计学意义(p＜0.05).结论 首次接受胰岛素治疗的2型糖尿病病人普遍具有不同程度的焦虑情绪,提示临床工作者应重视他们的心理状态,改善其负性情绪状态,提高其心身健康水平.

Analysis of the mental status of Patients Who Suffered Diabetes Mellitus and First Received Insulin Management

Objective:To analyze the mental status of the patients who suffered diabetes mellitus and first recevied insulin management in order to acquire the basis for improving practice psychological nursing.Methods:145 patients who suffered diabetes mellitus and first received insulin management were tested by Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).Results:There was a significant statistic difference between the SAS total scores of the patients who suffered diabetes mellitus and first received insulin management and that of the norm(P<0.01).There was a significant statistic difference in SAS sore at different gender,educational level,and the way of paying medical fee(P<0.05) Conclusion:Most of the patients who suffered diabetes mellitus and first received insulin management had anxiety mood.The conclusions imply that the nurses should pay more attention the mental health status of the patients who suffered diabetes mellitus and first received insulin management and improve their psychological level by changing their mental status.
