| 摘 要： | 目的 研究流行性乙型脑炎（乙脑）患者脑脊液中神经元特异性烯醇酶（NSE）的含量变化及临床意义。方法 RIA法检测了58例乙脑患儿脑脊液NSE的含量变化。并对其中26例进行了随访观察。结果 脑脊液中NSE含量在发热期即有显著增高，至极期达到高峰，其增高程度与病情严重程度相平行并与疾病预后密切相关。结论 脑脊液NSE含量测定对乙脑患儿脑损伤程度及临床预后的判断有重要的参考价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the changes of neuron specific enolase (NSE) levels in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of patients with epidemic encephalitis B. Methods CSF NSE level was detected in 58 patients with epidemic encephalitis B with RIA and a follow up study was made in 26 patients. Results CSF NSE concentrations increased in the fervescence stage and reached the peak in the crisis stage, and the increase paralleled the severity of the patients' conditions and correlated with the prognosis of the disease. Conclusions CSF NSE levels are of great reference in judging the degree of damage of brain cells and prognosis in patients with epidemic encephalitis B. |
