| 摘 要： | 目的观察环磷酰胺联合强的松治疗复发难治性自身免疫性溶血性贫血（AIHA）的疗效及安全性。方法对复发难治性自身免疫性溶血性贫血病人采用环磷酰胺与强的松联合治疗，通过观察半年后血红蛋白（Hb）、总胆红素（TBiL）、网织红细胞（Ret）、不良反应等指标的变化，治疗前后自身对照，进行统计学分析，P〈0．05为有统计学差异。结果Hb的上升及TBiL、Ret指标的下降均有显著性差异（P〈0．01），且未见严重副作用发生。结论环磷酰胺联合强的松治疗复发难治性AIHA疗效可靠，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects and safety of relapsed or refractory auto-immune haemo- lyric anaemia treated with cyclophosphamide and prednisone. Methods Relapsed or refractory auto-immune haemolytic anaemia was treated with eyclophosphamide and prednisone. The changes of Hb,TBiL, Ret and side effects were ~bserved half a year later. All statistical analyses were performed using SPSS 10.0 software. P 〈 0.05 was statistically significant. Results There was significant differences in the changes of Hb,TBiL,Ret（ P 〈 0.01 ） ,without severe side effects. Conclusion Cyclophosphamide and prednisone can be used to treat relapsed or refractory auto-immune haemolytic anaemia efficaciously and successfully. It is worth of spreading for clinical use. |
