埃索美拉唑治疗Hp阳性十二指肠球部溃疡的疗效观察

目的：比较埃索美拉唑和奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性十二指肠球部溃疡的临床疗效。方法：将50例HP阳性的十二指肠球部溃疡病人随机分成两组：EAC和OAC组，每组25例；EAC组，埃索美拉唑20mg＋阿莫西林1g＋克拉霉素500mg，2次／d，7d；OAC组，奥美拉唑20mg＋阿莫西林1g＋克拉霉素500mg，2次／d，7d，治疗1周后继续以奥美拉唑20mg，每天1次，口服3周。观察比较二组临床症状缓解、溃疡愈合、HP根除及不良反应。结果；EAC组第1天和第2天腹痛缓解率分别为40％（10／25）和64％（16／25），高于OAC组的12％（3／25）和36％（9／25）（P〈O．05）。EAC组和OAC组溃疡愈合率均为96％，HP根除率分别为92％、96％，差异无显著性（P〉O．05）。二组用药后不良反应少。结论：埃索美拉唑三联疗法是治疗Hp阳性的十二指肠溃疡理想方案。

Efficacy of Esomeprazole in Treatment of Duodenal Ulcer Complicated with Helicobacter Pylori

Objective:To compare the effects of Esomeprazole with Omeprazole in the treatment of duodenal ulcer complicated with Helicobacter Pylori(Hp) infection.Methods:Fifty patients with duodenal ulcer complicated with Hp were allocated into 2 groups with 25 cases in each group.The patients in EAC group were treated with Esomeprazole(20mg) plus Amoxicilin(1000mg)and Clarithroimycin(500mg),bid,for 7 days.The patients in OAC group were treated with Omeprazole(20mg) plus Amoxicilin(1000mg)and Clarithroimycin(500mg),bid,for 7 days,then Omeprazole(20mg)qd for 3 weeks.The abdominal pain relief,ulcer healing,Hp eradication and adverse effects were analyzed.Results:Abdominal pain relief rates were 40% and 64% respectively after 1 and 2 days treatment in EAC group,better than that in OAC group.There was difference between them.There were no differences in ulcer healing,Hp eradication and adverse between the two groups.Conclusion:Esomeprazole based triple therapy can effectively cure duodenal ulcer complicated with Hp.
