消化性溃疡的临床特征分析

为研究消化性溃疡（胃溃疡GU和十二指肠溃疡DU）各年龄段的发病特点和特征，对1995年1月-1999年12月间共收治经胃镜检查或/和手术病理确诊的消化性溃疡523例，对老年组和非老年组的GU和DU的发病情况、临床表现、性别、并发病进行回顾性分析。结果：老年组的GU多于DU，非老年组GU少于DU；消化性溃疡的上腹部疼痛，非老年组患者大多数有典型特征，老年组多不典型，两组的发病均为男多于女，发病构成中老年组女性明显高于非老年组女性，老年组胃癌多于非老年组，老年组的内科治疗效果。差于非老年组，需要外科治疗的机率高。结果表明：重视消化性溃疡的各年龄段的特征，有利于消化性溃疡的诊断和治疗。

Characteristic Analysis of Age Compose of Peptic Ulcer

To study the disease characteristic of every age segment of peptic ulcer (duodenal ulcer and gastric ulcer), we analyze retrospection incidence, clinical representation, sex and complication characteristic of 524 pepticulcer in non-aged patients and aged patients of diagnosis after gastroscope and/or surgical from January 1995 to December 1999. Results: Duodenal ulcershave more gastric ulcer in non-aged patients. Gastric ulcers have more duodenal ulcer in aged patients. Most of non-aged patients have typical characteristic of midsection pain, and most of aged patients have no typical characteristic. More woman than men have the disease in two groups, but aged patients are more than non-aged patients in incidence of disease in woman.Aged patients are more than non-aged patients in occurrence of stomach cancer.Aged patients are worse than non-aged patients in effect of internal medicine treatment, and have more chance of surgical operation. Conclusion: To attach importance to characteristic of peptic ulcer of every age segments is in favor of diagnosis and treatment.
