椎体成形术治疗胸腰椎转移性肿瘤疼痛的疗效观察

目的探讨经皮椎体成形术﹙PVP﹚治疗胸腰椎转移性肿瘤的临床效果。方法应用PVP治疗28例54个椎体恶性肿瘤病变。采用视觉模拟评分法对治疗后1周、术后3月、6月、1年疼痛的状况进行评估,术后疼痛缓解程度采用6级评定法评定。术后l周、3月、6月、1年常规随访,进行疼痛缓解程度评价。结果 28例病例54个椎体皆一次穿刺成功,穿刺成功率100%。所有患者术后疼痛均有不同程度的缓解,所有患者无脊髓压迫、无感染、无肺栓塞等并发症的发生。结论椎体成形术对胸腰椎转移性肿瘤疼痛具有良好的止痛作用。

Treatment of vertebral metastatic tumors by percutaneous vertebroplast

Objective To study the results of percutaneous vertebroplast（ PVP ）in treating vertebral body metastatic tumors. Methods 54 vertebral bodies of 28 patients underwent PVP, the degree of pain was evaluated and classified by using visual pain scale and the prolo score, visual pain scale and the prolo scores were recorded after 1 week, 1 month, 6 month and 1 year（ VAS X All of the patients were examined at 1 week and 3,6 and 1 year after surgery to ascertain the develop- ment of the pain and possible changes. Result 100 % success rate of PVP was obtained, 28 patients ＇ s pain was alleviated to some extent after PVP, None of 28 patients had infection, spinal compression or lung embolism. Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplast has satisfactory antalgic effect on vertebral metastatic tumors.
