斑蝥灸结合穴注疗效与HBV在PBMCs中不同存在状态的关系研究

目的：探讨斑蝥灸结合穴注疗效与乙肝病毒在外周血单个核细胞中不同存在状态的关系。方法：采用半定量的Southern Blot法，建立起外周血单个核细胞（PBMCs)中乙肝病毒(HBV)不同存在状态的实验室检测方法，采用斑蝥灸结合穴位注射灭菌注射用水疗法进行治疗。结果：天灸结合穴注疗法对HBeAg转阴率游离型组和整合型组分别为71．4％、31．3％，经分析，两型有一定的差别，但无统计学意义；对HBV DNA转阴率游离型组和整合型组分别为66．7％、18．7％，两型存在显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论：HBV在PMBC中的不同存在状态（游离和整合）对临床血清HBeAg和HBV DNA转阴率存在差异性，对HBV DNA的转阴率，游离型高于整合型。因此临床应用斑蝥灸结合穴注治疗慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）时，应考虑HBV在PBMC中的存在状态。

The Relation between Therapeutic Effect of Medicinal Vesiculation with Point Injection on CHB and Different Existent Forms HBV in PBMCs

Objective:To investigate the relation between therapeutic effect of medicinal vesiculation with point injection on CHB and different existent forms(free or integrated)of Hepatitis B Virus(HBV)in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs).Method:The method of semiquantitation of Southern Blot was applied to set up an experimental methodology for testing different forms of HBVin PBMC on ChB patients treated by medicinal vesiculation with point injection and grouping on it.Results:The negative rates of HBeAg for free group and integrated group were71.4%and31.3%respectively treated by medicinal vesiculation with point injection and there were a little difference between two groups but with no statistic means.However,the negative rates of HBVDNA for free group and integrated group were66.7%and18.7%respectively,there was a significant difference between two groups.Conclusion:There was a difference between different existent forms(free and integrated)of HBVin PBMC and the negative rates of HBeAg and HBV DNA in serum,as far as HBV DNA was concerned,the free group was higher than that of integrated group.Therefore,we should think about the different existent forms of HBVin PBMC while the medicinal vesiculation with point injection therapy is used to treat CHB.
