四肢血管损伤96例疗效分析

目的探讨四肢血管损伤的特点及救治。方法对1985年2月～1997年2月收治的96例四肢血管损伤的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果96例四肢血管损伤中以多发伤为主。临床特点为：多发伤，伤势严重，伤情复杂，血管损伤范围和血管损伤严重程度与受伤方式有关。结论救治原则应强调院前急救，尽早送至具备血管外科的医院抢救。早期诊断，及时修复损伤血管，恢复肢体血循环，是抢救肢体的关键；同时积极治疗多发伤和及时处理并发症，可降低死亡率，减少伤残率。

Treatment of Vascular Injuries in Limbs

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatments of vascular injuries in limbs. Methods The clinical data of 96 cases of vascular injuries in limbs admitted to our hospital from Feb, 1985 to Feb, 1997 were analyed. Results The clinical charactedstics of 96 cases showed multiple injuries, serious wound, complicated traumatic condition. The severity of the vascular injuries iniuries in the limbs was corrlated with wound mode. Conclusion It should be stressed that the pre-hospital emergency treatment and transport the patients to the hopital with specialized surgery as to as possible. Early diagosis, prompt surgical treatment and restore blood circulation of the limbe, are the most important factors for a successful limb salvage, effective prevention of complications is also needed.
