摘    要:负反馈系统的调节使机体对外界环境的免疫应答过程能保持适当的强度,而免疫受体酪氨酸抑制基序(ITIM)在负向调节中发挥重要作用。它是构成免疫抑制性受体最基本的结构基础。专职抗原提呈细胞(APC)对非己抗原的递呈启动了特异性免疫应答,而表达于APC表面的抑制性受体可抑制APC引起的T细胞活化。通过调节抑制性受体的表达,为自身免疫病和肿瘤或者病毒感染的临床治疗提供了另一个方向。

Abstract:A proper immune response to environment requires the balanced participation of negative feedback system.Immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibition motifs,as highly conserved sequences of immune inhibitory receptor,take important roles in negative regulation.Professional antigen presenting cell (APC) induces specific T cell response by presenting non-self antigen to T cell,but the response can be inhibited by the activation of immune inhibitory receptor expressed in APC.Regulating the expression of immune inhibitory receptors provides possible for the clinic therapy of tumor,virus infection and self-immune disease.
