| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中医药对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的疗效。方法:172例CRF患者随机分治疗组(86例),对照组(86例),两组均予常规中西医治疗,治疗组同时加用全自动结肠透析机给患者用中药肾衰灌肠方进行结肠透析。观察两组治疗前后临床症状体征和血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)指标的变化。结果:两组治疗后临床症状体征、Scr、BUN均有不同程度的改善,两组治疗前后比较经统计学处理均有显著差异(P<0.01或0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组总有效率比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:中医药治疗CRF有确切疗效,而配合中药液结肠透析疗效尤其显著。
