红葡萄酒与代谢综合征

摘    要:代谢综合征作为心血管疾病和糖尿病的高危因素,与心血管健康密切相关。饮用适量的红葡萄酒(以下简称红酒),除了其乙醇成分可以增高血浆高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平,调节血脂代谢外,其中富含的多种多酚化合物还可以通过对内皮一氧化氮合酶的作用增强一氧化氮活性,调节血管舒缩功能,并作为抗氧化剂,对抗氧化损伤,保护血管,从而降低代谢综合征的发生率。

Abstract:Metabolic syndrome is a cluster of metabolic risk factors of cardiovascular disease and diabetes mellitus,and it is close to cardiovascular health. Moderate consumption of red wine can positively affect our health by two components:alcohol and polyphenols. On the one hand, alcohol can improve metabolism of plasma lipid by increase high density lipoprotein-cholesterol in plasma; on the other hand, the polyphenols can improve the endothelial function and increase the activity of nitric oxide, which is mediated by endothelial nitric oxide synthase, they can also play as antioxidant to protect the cardiovascular system from the oxidative damage. Therefore, red wine as improvements of plasma lipid, endothelial function and antioxidant defenses, should be considered as a tool for the control of Metabolic Syndrome.
