| 摘 要： | [背景]传统的药物疗法对中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病交的疗效不确切、复发率高．[病例报告]分析自1999年4月到2002年4月间经眼底荧光血管造影检查确诊并接受激光治疗的中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变300例，治愈率达87．1％．[讨论]激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病交时封闭渗漏点确切，治疗时间短，复发率低，疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | BACKGROUNDThe curative effects of conventional medication for central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCRP) were uncertain and the recurrence rate was high.?CASE REPORT?It was analyzed that 300 cases of CSCRP diagnosed with the FFA and treated with laser from April, 1999 to April, 2002. The rate of heal was 87 1%.?DISCUSSION?To treat the CSCRP by laser is the best therapy of obturating the leakage dot correctly, curing for a short time, low recurrence rate, trustiness. |
