| 摘 要： | 目的 检测终末期肾细胞癌动物模型血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)血浆水平,探讨肾细胞癌侵袭力标记物的相关性.方法 以人肾癌细胞grc-1经皮下植入裸鼠的背部建立终末期细胞癌模型,对实验裸鼠血浆VEGF水平检测,并进行统计学分析.结果 在肿瘤植入度为(4500±2340)ng/L,而对照组裸鼠血浆VEGF浓度几乎未发现变化.结论 VEGF表达强度与肾癌细胞的侵袭能力呈正相关,血浆VEGF浓度越高,肾癌细胞的侵袭能力越强. |

Correlation of serum vascular endothelial growth factor with clinical status of advanced renal cell carcinoma |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic characteristics of serum vascular endo-thelial growth factor (VEGF) expression in advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) ,and to evaluate its cor-relation with the progression of advanced RCC. Methods Human RCC cell line grc-1 was implanted sub-cutaneouly into back of BALB/c mice in order to construct model of RCC. Serum VEGF in peripheral blood samples was analyzed in treatment and control groups by using a sandwich enzyme linked immunoadsordent assay. Results Serum VEGF level in RCC mouse models [(4500±2340) ng/L] was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion VEGF expression level is positively correlated with the inva-sivaness of RCC. |
