化痰逐瘀汤对冠心病患者血脂水平的影响研究

目的：观察中药化痰逐瘀汤对冠心病患者血脂水平的影响。方法：我科收治的160例患者分两组，对照组只采用西医疗法，中药组在此基础上子化痰逐瘀汤口服。结果：治疗前中药组与对照组TC、LDL—C、HDL—C、TG无统计学差异（P〉0．05）；治疗后，中药组与治疗前比较TC、LDL—C、TG显著性降低，HDL—C升高（P〈0．05）；对照组治疗前与治疗后比较，上述指标均无显著性差异。追访6个月，中药组发生缺血事件的概率低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：化痰逐瘀汤可调理冠心病患者血脂水平，改善预后。

Reserch on effect of huatanzhuyu decoction on blood fat level of patients with CHD

Purpose：To observe effect of huatanzhuyu decoction on blood fat level of patients with coronary heart disease.Method： 120 patients with CHD were randomly divided into TCM group and control group,given huatanzhuyu decoction and western medicine only respectively.Result： There＇s no statistically significant difference in the control group before or after the therapy （P〉0.05）.After the treatment the serum total cholesterol,low density lipopmtein cholesterol and triglyceride decreased significantly ,the high density lipoprotein cholesterol was increased significantly in TCM group （P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of schemia cases is lower in TCM group in 6 months （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Huatanzhuyu decoction is effective on lowing down blood fat level and improving prognosis.
