经阴道配子输卵管内转移成功：广西首例报告

目的：报道广西首例经阴道配子输卵管内转移妊娠分娩，探讨分析ＴＶ－ＧＩＦＴ的特点及成功体会。方法；对１例因输卵管远梗阻致继发不孕患者，采用ＣＣ／ｈＣＧ控制促排卵，在超声引导下经阴道穿刺采卵，将精卵混合液用特制导管经阴道子对左侧输卵管内。结果；获取并转移Ⅱ卵子１个，成功地获得了妊娠，并于１９９９年５月５日分娩一正常女 。结论：ＴＶ－ＧＩＦＴ是一种操作简便有效的助孕术，获得较成熟狼母细胞是妊娠成功的关键

Objective:to report the first pregnancy and delivery after transvaginal gamete intrafallopian transfer(TV-GIFT) in Guangxi and analyze the character of TV-GIFT and experience of success Methods:Treating one secondary infertile patient with the fallopian tubal blockage in distal end,Controlled and triggered ovarian with CC/hGC and ultrasound-guided transvaginal oocyte recoveries was used The mixture of oocyte and sperm was transfered to the left fallopian tubal through the vagian and uterine cavity with a special catheter Results:One oocyte was gotten and transfered the patient achieved pregnancy a normal female infant was delivered in 5th May,1999 conclusion:TV-GIFT is a simple and cost-effective method in the treatment of infertility Getting mature oocyte is very important to pregnancy Application of the technigue to the cases with fallopian tubal blockage in the distal end and with normal tubal shape does not cause ectopic pregnancy
